Self-Care Routines

A daily self-care wind-down

A small evening ritual that tells the body the day is done — five unhurried minutes you will actually keep.

5 minutes·daily

Self-care works best when it is small enough to repeat. This is a five-minute evening routine built around gentle warmth and ultrasound — enough to mark the end of the day, never so much that you will skip it.

The routine

  1. Set the scene. Lower the lights, put the phone out of reach, and take two slow breaths.
  2. Warm the area. Choose where the day has gathered — neck, shoulders, calves — and apply a thin layer of gel.
  3. Begin gently. Move the device head in slow circles on the lowest intensity, letting one pass settle you.
  4. Stay a while. Five minutes per area is plenty; keep the pace unhurried.
  5. Close it out. Wipe the head clean and sit with the warmth for a moment before bed.

Tips

  • Anchor it to an existing habit — right after brushing your teeth.
  • Same time, same place; consistency is what makes it stick.
  • On a hard night, two minutes still counts. Keep the thread unbroken.
